GENERAL ASPECTS

Our houses are manufactured from reefer-type maritime containers (refrigerators) used to transport food products at a temperature of -22ºC

THERMAL ISOLATION

The panel that makes up the container is made up of a 0.7 mm stainless steel sheet on the inside and a 0.8 mm corten steel sheet on the outside. Among them, 75 mm of very high density expanded polyurethane (57 Kg / m3). This insulation applied to the envelope of a house constitutes one of the best solutions.

STRUCTURE

We do not intervene in the structural elements of the container, only panels are removed and / or added according to design. However, each house has its structural calculation according to current regulations. These containers are designed to withstand the most demanding conditions as they are transported on ships subjected to all kinds of adversities.

At the back of the house, behind an accessible technical shed.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION 

According to standards and with approved materials.

Mechanisms with black glass front, indirect led lights with non-visible light source in living room-kitchen and bedroom.

TECHNICAL PREMISES

At the back of the apartment, with hob, sink, washing machine and heater. It also serves for storage.

OTHER

Plate and gas heater, given the possibility of a future installation of photovoltaic panels for the electricity supply, which would reduce the cost of the installation
